Together with the Nordico City Museum in Linz, the Rossbarth restaurant, and selected producers, “Genussland Oberösterreich” and the Linz Urban Agriculture Association are creating an extraordinary event.
On September 3, the Nordico City Museum in Linz will focus on sharing the joy of food. We’re combining the “Made in Linz” exhibition with Upper Austrian cuisine and the stories behind these exceptional, high-quality products.
Rossbarth, a Michelin-guide-listed restaurant in Linz, will offer culinary interpretations of the exhibition spaces — using regional products and beverages from “Genussland Upper Austria,” primarily from Linz and the Linz countryside.
A total of six exhibition rooms will be transformed into unique culinary settings. Visitors will experience the exhibition’s themes through food and drink, receiving a culinary interpretation developed by the chefs for each room, complete with a paired beverage.
